Welcome to Wanderer Stays. By accessing our website and making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Booking and Reservations

Making a Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Reservations can be made via website, phone, or WhatsApp
  • A valid ID is required at check-in
  • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. Please ensure all booking details are correct before finalizing your reservation.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash payment at property
  • Bank transfer (details provided upon booking)
  • UPI and digital wallets
  • Credit/Debit cards (if applicable)

Advance Payment

An advance payment of 30-50% may be required to secure your booking, especially during peak seasons. The remaining balance is payable upon check-in or as per agreed terms.

Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are subject to change based on season and demand
  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests, services, or amenities
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the final bill

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies based on the time of cancellation:

7+ days before check-in

Full refund of advance payment

3–7 days before check-in

50% refund of advance payment

Less than 1 days before check-in

No refund

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

  • Treat the property and all facilities with respect
  • Comply with all house rules and local regulations
  • Not engage in illegal activities or cause disturbance to other guests
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay
  • Respect check-in and check-out times
  • Inform us immediately of any issues or damages
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for your room

Property Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is obtained
  • Parties and loud music are not permitted
  • Guests must carry valid identification documents
  • Visitors must be registered at the reception
  • Valuables should be kept in the safe or with reception

Liability and Indemnity

Wanderer Stays is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Injuries sustained on the property due to guest negligence
  • Disruptions due to natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Changes to local attractions, weather conditions, or third-party services

Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
